Connect Google Calendar and Gmail
Your calendar shows what's coming up. Your email helps ARIA notice things that need follow-up.
It's read-only. ARIA never changes or sends anything without your confirmation. Connecting both — Calendar and Gmail — unlocks ARIA's ability to connect your conversations with what's actually happening in your day.
Everything ARIA reads from your Google account is private to you. It's used only to help you — never shared, never sold, never used for ads.
Let ARIA reach you when something needs your attention — without you having to check.
On iPhone, you'll see a system prompt asking permission. Tap Allow to keep ARIA notifications on.

Add ARIA to your phone home screen
One tap to open ARIA from your home screen, just like a native app.
Open https://api.robo-tar.com/brief in Safari on your phone.
Tap the Share button at the bottom (the square with an arrow pointing up).
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
Confirm the name says ARIA and tap Add.

Voice shortcut (talk to ARIA on iPhone)
The iOS Shortcut lets you open a voice conversation with ARIA from your home screen or lock screen in one tap.
Open the Shortcuts app on your iPhone.
Create a new Shortcut: Get Contents of URL → set URL to https://api.robo-tar.com/voice → method GET → add Header Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY.
Your ARIA key is on your account page — tap Reveal, then copy.
Add the shortcut to your home screen. Tap to test.

Add ARIA to your laptop
ARIA installs as a real app on your laptop too — its own window, no browser tabs.
Chrome, Edge, or Arc: Click the install icon in your browser's address bar (a small monitor with a downward arrow), then click Install.
Safari on Mac: In the menu bar, go to File → Add to Dock.

ARIA can track your accounts and help with spending, balances, and weekly reviews. Setting this up takes about 5 minutes.
Your financial data is private to you. No one else can see your accounts. ARIA never sees your bank password — Plaid handles authentication in their secure window.
