ARIA

Adaptive Reasoning & Intelligence Assistant

A personal intelligence companion that knows you, holds your context, and surfaces what matters at the start of each day.

A daily companion for the things that don't fit in a to-do list.

🌅
Daily brief
ARIA reads what's pulling at you and surfaces it first thing each morning — open loops, fired thresholds, what changed since yesterday.
📊
Financial vigilance
Connect your bank read-only via Plaid and ARIA watches your balances, spending, and forecasts. It flags drift before it becomes a problem.
📡
Career signal
ARIA scans your Gmail (read-only) for job-market signal, tracks recruiter activity, and helps you decide what's worth your attention.
🧠
Living memory
Every loop, decision, threshold, and conversation persists across sessions in your own Notion. ARIA gets to know you better over months, not minutes.

Your data, in your accounts. Not ours.

📒
Your data lives in YOUR Notion workspace, in a page called ARIA Hub that you create and grant access to. ARIA reads and writes there using a per-user OAuth token tied to your Notion login — nothing shared with anyone else's account.
🔐
Financial reads (Plaid) and email reads (Gmail) are per-user too. Each user grants ARIA access to THEIR accounts only.
↩️
You can revoke ARIA's access in Notion or Google at any time. Your data stays in your Notion workspace even after you leave.
🛡️
ARIA never sells data, never trains a model on your content, and never shares between users.

Four steps from sign-in to your first brief.

01
Sign in with Google
ARIA recognizes you by your verified email.
02
Connect your Notion
Grant ARIA access to a single page (ARIA Hub) in your workspace. ARIA creates its 7 databases nested under that one page.
03
Answer the onboarding questionnaire
About 15 minutes. ARIA uses your answers to seed your living model.
04
Open your brief
ARIA's first daily-brief renders with your starter context. From there it gets richer every session.

Questions people ask before signing up.

Free for now. ARIA is in early access. If pricing comes later, you'll be told well in advance and your data will be portable.
Yes — Google sign-in is how ARIA verifies identity. The same Google account is optionally used for Calendar + Gmail integration later.
Yes. Notion is where ARIA stores your living model. A free Notion account is enough. Sign up at notion.so/signup (skip the “What are you interested in?” screen — ARIA doesn't need their seeded templates).
No. Every read and write is scoped to YOUR Notion + YOUR Google. ARIA cannot access another user's workspace, even if they're invited.
You can revoke ARIA's Notion access at any time (Notion → Settings → My connections → ARIA → Disconnect). Your ARIA Hub page stays in YOUR Notion — delete it whenever you want. Server-side, your ARIA profile can be reset via support@robo-tar.com.
ARIA uses Plaid for bank connections — same provider used by major financial apps. Plaid uses read-only access; ARIA cannot move money. ARIA's financial work is observational, not transactional.
Email support@robo-tar.com — Kevin reads everything that comes there. The product is alive and bugs get fixed in hours, not weeks.
Kevin Krumwiede — see the Terms of Use (linked in onboarding) for legal details.
Nothing. ARIA doesn't email you unless you connect notifications. Your data stays in your Notion until you delete it.
